PCA Men & Women’s BAR Series Event

Held rain or shine by Team Chameleon (USCF Permit #2014-pending)  

Congratulations to this years Lorena F Lemons volunteer scholarships. Ariana Erdman and Madison Engle. Each Millersburg student received a $750.00 award to be used at the higher education level.

Register online, www.bikereg.com, prior to Thursday, August 7, 2014, 5:00 PM ET or mail check payable to Tour de Millersburg & standard USCF release to Chris Dietz, 277 Union St. Millersburg,  PA 17061 (post marked by August 2nd) Additional surcharges could apply for electronic  registration. There will be a $10 fee for walk up registration on Saturday. No Sunday registration.  

Millersburg is located approx. 40 minutes north of Harrisburg: from Rt. 81, follow Rt. 322 West for  11.5 miles, exit onto Rt. 147 North & continue another 14 miles.  All event information, including our Host Housing/Adopt-A-Racer program and links to the tech manual can be found at here on our website.  

The Tour de Millersburg is a neutral water event.  Free water will be provided for racers.

SRAM will be on site for bike repairs and for neutral support during the road race.

Introducing the innaugral Graffiti Road Weekly Racing Series, a nation wide  race series consisting of around 14 states, with 7 to 10 races per state. Bikers will   compete in a state, possibly several, near where they live.  Points are kept within   each state.  They are then thrown into a pool with the other states to determine the   Graffiti Road Weekly Racing Series National Champion.  www.facebook.com/GraffitiRoadWeeklyRacingSeries  

** We will be awarding monetary prizes and Graffiti points for qualified Men’s Master’s 45+ racers within  the individual stage payouts in the Men’s 1, 2, 3 Category.  To qualify riders must be registered & licensed in  Cat 1, 2, 3 & age 45 or older. (NO BAR points awarded for Men’s Masters 45+.)

Volunteers are needed, Spaghetti dinner for all host families and volunteers is on Thursday 8/7/2014 6:15 at the New Life Center.
